JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a versatile Web Developer & Graphic Designer to support both our internal brand and client-facing initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled professional who can design compelling visual assets while also building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital experiences, ensuring visual consistency, and delivering high-performing websites and marketing assets across multiple platforms—particularly within the automotive marketing space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Website delivery & implementation

Convert Creative mockups (Illustrator/brand files) into responsive WordPress pages using Elementor; implement custom features; ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.

Build/manage site architecture; develop and maintain themes/plugins; integrate third-party tools.

Creative Production

Design internal marketing materials including social media assets, blog graphics, digital banners, website mockups, and brand assets for video content.

Produce client-facing design assets supporting Fountain Forward services, including DRA and event frames, sliders, monthly offers and ads, postcards, brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, newsletters, and Amazon ads.

Operations, performance & security

Run pre/post-launch performance tests; monitor live sites; optimize Core Web Vitals with PageSpeed/GTmetrix; troubleshoot issues (links, redirects, spam).

Execute backups, security hardening, speed optimizations, and DNS management to maintain reliability

Uptime & performance: Pre/post-launch tests executed; live site monitored and optimized.

Collaboration & workflow

Partner with internal teams to align on project goals, technical specifications, and creative requirements.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure clear scope, timelines, and execution alignment.

Maintain accurate release notes, change logs, and supporting documentation for website updates and deployments.

Adhere to Creative department standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all deliverables.

Coordinate schedules and dependencies with project managers and leadership to meet delivery deadlines.

Ensure all web and design assets comply with approved brand guidelines and channel-specific technical specifications.

Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices, proactively contributing ideas to improve workflows, performance, and creative outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required

High proficiency with Elementor; strong WordPress (front-end & back-end) with theme/plugin experience.

Proficiency with debugging tools (Chrome Inspector/Firebug); solid grasp of site architecture/aesthetics; ability to manage multiple projects.

Proven WordPress experience; clear communication and time management.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, varied portfolio; excellent communication and collaboration.

Attention to detail, strong aesthetic judgment, ability to work independently, and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; strong grasp of typography, color, layout, and composition.

Comfortable in automotive marketing contexts.

Preferred

Performance optimization using GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights; security and DNS administration; backup/restore discipline.

A strong process mindset, particularly within a Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) framework, is essential for fostering continuous improvement.
